Refund Policy
Maroon Voyagers
understands that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility to our
guests. Our refund policy is designed to accommodate various situations:
1. Hotel Guests:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less
before the tour: No Refund
- Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the tour: 50% Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations made 96 hours or less before the tour: 25% Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations made 96+ hours before the tour: Full Refund
2. Shore Excursions:
- Cancellations made 96 hours or more
before the tour: Full Refund
- Cancellations made less than 96 hours before the tour: No Refund
3. Group Reservations:
- Cancellations made 60 days prior to the
tour date: Full Refund
- Cancellations made 45 days prior to the tour date: 50% Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour date: 75% Cancellation Fee
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the tour date: No Refund
All cancellations or changes are subject to
applicable restrictions. Maroon Voyagers will apply any payments made toward
the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any
remaining balance after payment of charges. Refunds require a cancellation
confirmation number. No refunds or adjustments will be made for any portion of
tours or services not utilized.
